Nivea Tinted Moisturiser

Hey, this weeks post is all about the Nivea Tinted Moisturiser. This past week has been really hot in Manchester, and in England in general, as summer is creeping it's way in. The temperatures have been hitting the 30's and no face of make-up can survive this heat. Usually I would wear a moisturiser, foundation and powder on my face but to avoid the melted mess look I have opted for a tinted moisturiser. Since all of my skincare products are from the Nivea brand, I decided that I should try the tinted moisturiser for those days where I don't want to wear makeup but still want to have a bit of coverage. I had heard of tinted moisturisers before and I had seen Tanya Burr use a Nars tinted moisturiser that looked amazing, but I had never thought to replace my foundation for something like this. So I just happened to buy one when I was restocking my skincare products and I started to use it when the weather was nice. There are no perfect matches to personal skin tones as the product only comes in 'Natural' so it's kind of  a hit or miss. Luckily, the product is pretty universal. I apply this just as I would any normal moisturiser but because its tinted it means I have to blend it a little bit. I seems to last the majority of the day but I have found that it goes a bit patchy and orange towards the end of the day. I like how it feels weightless on the skin and it feels really fresh, just what you want in the heat. Overall this product is great and I love that it's a 2in1; a moisturiser and a foundation, it's perfect for the summer heat.
