Exam season is coming to an end after what seems like a lifetime of revision and essays. With summer on the way (even though it is still raining in Manchester) I'm so excited to have my days back so I can relax, have fun and get back into blogging.
This post is just a quick one which shows what I have been using working up to my exams.
A typical revision session for me lasts the whole day from around 12 until around 5 as I am the worst procrastinator of all time! And I have found that cramming a whole unit into one day is the norm. I think anyone who is 16-18 years old uses this exact technique and its probably not the best but we're all in this together ey. So I tend to find that posters and mind maps work best for me so that I can break down all of the information without writing out the whole textbook. I split the units into topics and base my posters/mind maps around them. This also is probably one of the reasons my revision takes me all day as I colour coordinate EVERYTHING. I also like to have a bottle of water to keep me hydrated and to help me concentrate and a snack. In this picture I have the 'garden of Eden' pot from Graze which has dried apples, strawberries and blackberries.
So my exams are finally done by the end of this week and I'm so excited for the summer I have planned with my friends (there is definitely going to be an exciting blogpost about a trip I'm going on). I hope that if you've had exams they went well and if you still have some left, you can do this!
Comment down below an essential that you need to revise.
